Monday, Jan. 19th-------studies of THE Tropics and other biomes : textbook pages 82- 91 -----homework ( project)
1. Use- pages 82-89 in textbook and the list ( tropical rain forest, tropical savanna,
tropical desert, temperate forest, temperate grassland, temperate desert,
chaparral, tundra and taiga )
2. Create a mini-power point and have 2 animal pictures for each of these 9 biomes
3. For each page/ show the 2 animals, and name them. Also below the animal
be sure to list or explain 2 characteristics of each animal.
4. For each of those 9 biomes------you are also to find one picture that shows some weather and define/ or describe the kind of weather each biome has !!!!
5. That will become a total of 18 slides/ pages and information and pictures on each of them. **ask for help and be sure to show me them in class

I will allow you to work on these both Monday and Tuesday in class.
Both days I will go around the room to see how far you are getting and points will be given each day for effort and keeping busy ( so if you do little to nothing you will have low score)
Have fun---kind of doing this because of Mr Randle and a fun way to finish our study of WEATHER !!!
