For all students to read and review:

1.   Have your parents/ guardians view and look at all my materials I give
you, including all sections of the teacher website.  Keep your parents
updated if they ask you ( about homework or upcoming tests ).  They

want to know and are sincerely wishing to support you, encourage
you to do well in school, work hard, and learn.

2.  Have all parents look at my emails I send to your class
from the google-classroom messages sent to all classes.

3.  It is YOUR responsibility to be organized and understand information.
***ask ME, when you have questions or concerns. (only about topics)

     a.  Class time = NOT THE TIME----for personal questions or concerns
usually.  Simply come to me and see when we can meet
before or after school, maybe during your study-hall.

     b.  Keep "talking" to a minimum and allow all classmates to learn daily.

4.
Common - sense will go a long way!

  a.  Reading your text book, my website, and materials I find for you or
that you have, will help you greatly with your learning
.

  b. Everyone needs to spend time outside of class to learn lessons and
help your reach your potential of success in school and beyond.
    c.   Testings/assessments (preparation is being ready well in advance)
*use my study/ guides from website and all hand-outs I give you.

5. tests and homework :    be sure to read and review info below:

      A.  Always put your name on work in UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER
NO NAME ON PAPERS = NO GRADE---ZERO SCORE !!!

      B.  Be neat and legible. You may type or send by email some of the
work that we will do.  When you do email me work make sure
you send from ( your school issued email account ).

      C.  When you do homework or even my essay test questions------
have your work spread - out and not bunched up.  Its easier to
           read and grade.

      D.  Write in complete sentences,  using pro-nouns, adverbs, and
expressions of language.  Avoid using words like "it" or "they"'
when a question is asking about a particular item.  An example in
science would be to say "the Moon" is full and not to say "it" is
full.  ***read the directions for a test question and be precise.

    E.  For all textbook questions done for homework:  I require that you
do them as best as possible in complete sentences.  I might hand
back the assignment and state that you need to redo the homework.

    F.  LATE HOMEWORK or needing to make - up a tests/ quiz:

***This is your responsibility and if you fail to complete work on time
or have a test to make-up---see me before/ after school.   I will try to
help you out, but can only do so much.
BEST =communicate with me !

6.  BE SURE TO USE ALL MY METHODS OF INSTUCTIONS /DIRECTIONS
     A.  VERBAL     B.  website    C.  Google classroom emails/ reminders    D. on the white board

7.  You can always ask for help or questions, talk to me before class, after
class and even sometimes ( the last 5 minutes of class ).

*****Most common reasons for having success in school are to get your
homework done on time, study ahead of time and pay attention in class.
This happens for most students if the members of a class behave well : )
